RSP is an integrated psychological approach that considers body, mind, and spirit when addressing the whole field of human suffering and transformation.
It combines somatic practices with elements of depth pschology, psychodynamics, gesalt therapy, body awareness, neurobiology, trauma work, psychoeducation and mindful exploration.
